Fidel Castro Building in Bloemfontein

The CR Swart building in Bloemfontein was renamed the Fidel Castro building in 2015. To honour this event a sculpture of Castro was erected outside the building.

This work was created while Castro was alive, and was the first sculpture of him to be unveiled after his death.
